How to Cure Eczema on Hands


Eczema is a skin condition that affects different parts of the body. Although there is no direct cure for eczema from scientific evidence perspective, there are many cases that have claimed that they have cured it with natural remedies or organic changes to their diet, lifestyle, or environment. The dry, red, itchy patches of swollen skin can be found on the legs, neck, back, midsection, face and hands. Eczema on hands is the worse condition that anyone could even envision as there is almost no task that could be performed without hands. Eczema on face and other body parts is painful and need to be cured effectively. Epsom Salt Wrap: Epsom salts serve as one of the major treatments on how to cure eczema for    your hands, according to eczema patients with eczema on hands. Epsom salt wraps can be easily made for eczema treatment. Mix warm water in 2 cups of epsom salt. Take surgical gauze and soak it in the mixture for 5-10 minutes. Take out the gauze from the mixture and wrap your hands with it. Unwrap carefully after 30 minutes, rinse the skin under cold water and pat dry.
Avoid Irritants/Allergens: Avoid coming in direct contact with the irritants/allergens that can aggravate the skin on your hand. Use mild hand washes to prevent the skin inflammation, use non-soap cleanser and moisturize immediately.

Vinyl Gloves:  Cover your hands with the vinyl gloves. Don’t forget to wear the gloves and keep the gloves clean and please ensure they are not worn for quite long.



Topical Steroids: Apply effective over-the-counter creams, ointments, lotions as prescribed by your dermatologists. These should be only applied to the affected areas on your hands.


Cold Compress: Itching and scratching can worse the eczematic conditions. Cold compress can be effectively used to treat and help cure eczema. Cold compress can be made by taking ice cubes in hand towel, plastic bag and then can be used on the affected parts of your hands.
